About the Role
We are hiring a motivated, results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support one of our US-based clients.
In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying prospects, initiating outreach, qualifying leads, and booking meetings for the sales team. If you're confident communicating with prospects, enjoy building relationships, and are motivated by achieving goals, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels
Conduct outbound outreach via
Qualify inbound and outbound leads
Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team
Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates
Follow up with prospects in a timely and professional manner
Research target companies and decision-makers
Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies
Meet or exceed activity and appointment-setting goals
Qualifications
Relevant Work Experience
At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, Inside Sales Representative, Appointment Setter, or similar sales role
Experience with US clients is highly preferred
Experience with B2B sales is an advantage
Software & Technical Proficiency
Experience with most of the following:
CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or similar)
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Google Workspace
Microsoft Office
Slack
Zoom or Google Meet
Comfortable learning new software and sales tools
Remote Work Experience & Adaptability
Previous remote work experience preferred
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Comfortable working with distributed teams and US time zones
English Proficiency
Excellent spoken and written English

This position uses Hubstaff for time tracking and productivity monitoring. Applicants must be comfortable using Hubstaff during working hours.
