Sales Development Representative (SDR) — Remote (Philippines Only)

We’re looking for a highly skilled, highly coachable Sales Development Representative (SDR) with excellent English-speaking ability and a strong American accent to join our fast-growing sales organization.

What You’ll Do
• Call inbound and warm leads from webinars, campaigns, and internal databases.
• Qualify leads by uncovering business goals, past attempts, and challenges.
• Build rapport using communication skills such as, tactical empathy, mirroring, and labeling, paraphrasing, etc (will train)
• Set appointments for our sales team and document clear notes in Airtable and GHL.
• Conduct light outbound prospecting through SMS, email, and calls.
• Use JustCall for all calling and texting operations.
• Maintain consistent activity levels daily: calls, follow-ups, and message sequences.
• Participate in regular training sessions and apply feedback immediately.

Requirements
• Excellent English speaking skills with a clear, natural American accent
• Extremely coachable, picks up new concepts fast, implements feedback immediately
• Comfortable communicating on the phone
• Strong ability to understand a prospect’s emotional tone and communicate accordingly
• Organized with CRM updates, notes, and follow-ups
• Experience in sales is a plus, but strong drive and willingness to learn matters more
• Reliable Internet, headset, and quiet workspace for calling
• Must have a very clear phone line with minimal background noice
