JOB OVERVIEW

Remote Operations Manager (Part-Time)

Location: Remote (Philippines Preferred)

Hours: 20 hours per week (Monday–Friday)

Compensation: $9–12 USD/hour (based on experience)

Our businesses include:

* The Classical Pilates Collective™ – An online Pilates coaching and education company helping adults build strength, mobility, and independence through Classical Pilates.
* Cloverleaf Coatings / Safe Deck – A nationwide distributor of premium non-skid deck coatings serving homeowners, contractors, marinas, resorts, and commercial customers.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys creating order, solving problems, and helping a fast-moving business owner stay focused on growth instead of getting buried in administrative work.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to become an essential member of our team.

What You’ll Do

Your work will support both businesses and will vary from day to day.

Operations & Administration

* Manage and organize Google Drive files and folders
* Maintain organized documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
* Respond to customer emails and website inquiries
* Schedule meetings and manage calendars
* Research products, vendors, and business solutions
* Prepare reports and spreadsheets
* Track projects and follow up on outstanding tasks

E-Commerce

* Update Shopify products and collections
* Upload product images and descriptions
* Monitor Amazon Seller Central listings
* Assist with order management
* Update inventory information
* Prepare shipping information and tracking
* Support FedEx shipping processes

Marketing

* Assist with Klaviyo email campaigns
* Schedule social media posts
* Create simple Canva graphics
* Upload blog posts and website updates
* Organize marketing assets
* Help maintain our customer database

Business Support

* Assist with QuickBooks organization and bookkeeping preparation
* Help document business processes
* Identify opportunities to improve efficiency
* Recommend better systems and workflows

Required Qualifications

* Excellent written and spoken English
* Outstanding organizational skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Self-motivated and dependable
* Able to work independently
* Comfortable learning new software
* Experience using Google Workspace
* Experience with Shopify or another e-commerce platform
* Strong customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

* Klaviyo
* Amazon Seller Central
* QuickBooks Online
* Canva
* ChatGPT or AI tools
* Squarespace
* Meta Business Suite
* CapCut or OpusClip
* Project management software (ClickUp, Trello, Asana, etc.)
