REMOTE OPERATIONS & ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR (VA)

Location: Remote
Schedule: 30–40 Hours Per Week
Company Time Zone: Chicago (CST)
Compensation: Based on experience

About Us

Elevation Hospitality Group is a fast-growing hospitality and food service company based in Chicago operating multiple restaurant brands, catering operations, and community meal programs. Our brands include Tandoor Char House, Rickshaw Pakistani & Indian Street Eats, and Elevated Meal Services (EMS).

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Remote Operations & Administrative Coordinator to help support daily operations across our restaurants and meal service programs.

This is NOT a basic virtual assistant role.

We are looking for someone who can help organize communication, improve operational flow, assist with administrative systems, and become a dependable part of our day-to-day operations team.

Responsibilities

Daily Administrative & Operations Support
• Manage and organize daily operational communications
• Help oversee company WhatsApp communication channels
• Respond to emails and route important issues appropriately
• Follow up with managers, vendors, and tea ---------- mbers
• Assist with scheduling and operational coordination
• Maintain organized Google Drive systems and folders

EMS (Elevated Meal Services) Administrative Support
• Prepare and organize invoices
• Help manage Routific delivery routing information
• Organize meal counts and delivery schedules
• Track operational issues and communicate updates
• Maintain menu and client documentation

Restaurant Operations Support
• Assist with MarginEdge administrative tasks
• Help organize invoices and inventory records
• Monitor third-party ordering platforms
• Track and reconcile refund requests/issues
• Support online ordering oversight
• Help update menus and website information

Catering & Guest Communication
• Respond to catering inquiries professionally
• Organize catering requests and follow-up communication
• Help maintain guest communication standards
• Escalate important client issues when necessary

Daily Reporting & Accountability
• Provide end-of-day operational reports
• Track unresolved issues and follow-up items
• Help create structure and accountability within operations
• Assist leadership with task tracking and execution

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal English communication
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong follow-up and accountability skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Hospitality, restaurant, logistics, or operations experience preferred
• Comfortable using Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs)
• Comfortable learning operational systems and software

Preferred Experience
• Restaurant or hospitality administration
• Logistics or dispatch coordination
• Customer support operations
• Inventory or invoice management
• Experience with:

* Google Workspace
* WhatsApp
* Square POS
* MarginEdge
* Routific
* Task management systems
