We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Logistics Manager to help manage international shipments, freight coordination, documentation, invoice checking, and logistics tracking.
The role will focus on coordinating shipments from suppliers and factories to U.S. warehouses, customers, and distribution centers. You will work with freight forwarders, customs brokers, factories, warehouses, and internal teams to keep shipments moving smoothly and on time.
What You’ll Do:
Coordinate international shipments from suppliers and factories to U.S. warehouses, customers, and distribution centers.
Work with freight forwarders, customs brokers, factories, warehouses, and internal teams.
Book and monitor container shipments, LTL shipments, and delivery schedules.
Track shipments from booking to final delivery.
Organize shipping documents such as bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and customs files.
Update logistics trackers, shipment records, and internal reports.
Check freight invoices, rate quotes, and shipment discrepancies.
File and follow up on freight claims and billing disputes.
Requirements:
Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping coordination, or supply chain work preferred.
Familiar with container shipping, freight documents, and shipment tracking.
Strong English communication skills, especially by
Organized, detail-oriented, and good at follow-ups.
Comfortable using spreadsheets and work management tools.
China-to-U.S. shipment experience is a plus.

Full-time
Monday to Friday
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
Start ASAP
Training & Transition:
Proper training and transition will be provided.
You will be guided through the current workflow, trackers, documents, and shipment processes.
You will not be expected to take over everything immediately without a proper handover.
Work Setup:
Fully remote / work-from-home.
