Remote Dispatching Virtual Assistant (DAT & Truckstop Experience Required)

Compensation: $400–$600 USD per month (based on experience & performance)
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST

We are a growing U.S.-based trucking and dispatching company managing box trucks and flatbeds. We are looking for an experienced Dispatching Virtual Assistant who understands load booking, broker communication, and day-to-day dispatch operations.
This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants a stable income and growth with a fast-scaling logistics company.

Key Responsibilities
-Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Searching and booking loads using load boards such as DAT Load Board and Truckstop
-Communicating with brokers to negotiate rates and secure loads
-Reviewing, signing, and submitting rate confirmations
-Coordinating pickup and delivery schedules with drivers
-Tracking loads and providing status updates to brokers
-Resolving issues such as delays, detention, and rescheduling
-Sending professional emails to brokers and drivers
-Maintaining accurate dispatch records and load details
-Organizing dispatch documents in Google Drive
-Supporting general dispatch operations and workflow

Requirements
-Required: Prior experience using DAT and/or Truckstop load boards
-Previous dispatching experience (U.S. trucking preferred)
-Strong understanding of load booking and broker communication
-Own laptop or desktop computer
-Reliable high-speed internet (backup connection preferred)
-Ability to join video calls
-Strong English written and verbal communication skills
-High attention to detail and accuracy
-Organized and self-managing

Compensation Structure
Monthly pay: $400–$600 USD
