We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Remote Customer Care Representative.
If you have strong customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and enjoy helping customers resolve concerns, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone,
• Assist customers with inquiries and furniture repair scheduling
• Coordinate appointments between customers and repair technicians
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Maintain accurate documentation and case notes
• Communicate effectively with showroom and warehouse associates
Qualifications:
• Previous call center or customer service experience required
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems and tools
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
• Must be available for evenings and weekends
Remote Work Requirements:
• Personal computer or laptop
• Stable high-speed internet connection
• Quiet, distraction-free workspace
• Ability to attend virtual onboarding and training sessions
Schedule:
• Monday–Saturday: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM ET
• Sunday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET
• Weekend availability required
• Shifts may vary
