About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Recruiting Virtual Assistant to help us find exceptional candidates for our growing landscaping company. Your primary responsibility will be recruiting and building a consistent pipeline of qualified Account Manager candidates.
This is not a general administrative role. We are looking for someone who enjoys recruiting, sourcing talent, communicating with candidates, and keeping our hiring process organized.

Responsibilities
* Source qualified Account Manager candidates across multiple platforms
* Post and manage job listings on Indeed, LinkedIn,
* Proactively reach out to passive candidates through LinkedIn and other networking sites
* Respond to applicants promptly and professionally
* Review resumes and identify qualified candidates
* Conduct initial resume screenings and candidate evaluations
* Send screening questionnaires to applicants
* Schedule interviews with qualified candidates
* Maintain an organized hiring pipeline using Google Sheets, Airtable, or Notion
* Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
* Provide daily and weekly recruiting reports
* Continuously improve sourcing strategies to increase applicant volume
Qualifications
* Previous recruiting or talent sourcing experience
* Excellent written and verbal English
* Strong internet research skills
* Experience using LinkedIn, Indeed,
* Organized with excellent attention to detail
* Comfortable working independently
* Strong communication and follow up skills
* Experience using Google Workspace
* Experience with ATS software is a plus
Bonus Qualifications
* Experience recruiting for home service businesses
* Experience recruiting sales or customer service positions
* Familiarity with Airtable, Notion, ClickUp, or Trello
* Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT to improve recruiting efficiency

What Success Looks Like
Within your first 30 days, you will have built a strong recruiting pipeline, consistently sourced qualified candidates, and created a repeatable hiring system that keeps interviews scheduled every week.
