Real Estate Loan Processing Coordinator

Swift Line Capital is a fast-growing private lending brokerage specializing in fix and flip loans, bridge financing, DSCR rentals, ground-up construction, and business loans. We are looking for a detail-driven Loan Processing Coordinator to own the post-approval phase of every real estate transaction from term sheet acceptance through closing.

This is a critical role. Once a borrower accepts a lender's terms, you become the central hub between the borrower and the lender's underwriting team. You’ll be the main point of contact for the client moving forward in order to organize all of their documents to send back and forth to the lender. You’ll need an understanding on how real estate loans work, title, insurance, and more to help close more real estate transactions and closings. Nothing gets dropped on your watch. Every outstanding condition is tracked, every document is chased down, and every question from the lender gets a timely, professional response.
