Project Manager | Premium Client Operations

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager who enjoys bringing structure to complex projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in project management, operations, client services, hospitality, consulting, executive support, or other high-performance environments who is looking to apply those skills in a new industry.

You don’t need to come from the travel industry.

What matters most is your ability to lead projects, stay organized, communicate professionally, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.


What You’ll Do
• Own projects from planning through successful completion
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, each with a typical lifecycle of 6 to 9 months
• Coordinate multiple stakeholders across different countries and time zones
• Manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and documentation
• Build proposals and organize project information with exceptional attention to detail
• Communicate professionally with international clients and partners
• Coordinate logistics and ensure projects are executed smoothly from start to finish
• Monitor budgets, supplier costs, and project progress
• Anticipate potential issues and proactively resolve them before they impact the client experience
• Maintain organized project records using modern collaboration tools


Who You Are
• 8+ years of professional experience in Project Management, Operations, Client Services, Hospitality, Executive Support, Consulting, or similar roles
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple long-term projects concurrently
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience
• Exceptional organization, documentation, and attention to detail
• The ability to think ahead, prioritize effectively, and solve problems independently
* A calm, proactive, and highly dependable work style
* Experience using project management platforms such as Asana, Airtable, ---------- , ClickUp, or similar tools
* International travel experience (required), with an appreciation for different cultures and global client expectations
