Questions:
Tell me about yourself in 60 seconds — who you are, what you do, and why this role.
Can you work 10am–6pm US Eastern Time, Mon–Fri? What's your current timezone and any other commitments during those hours?
Walk me through one automation you built with Make, Zapier, or n8n — the trigger, the steps, and the problem it solved.
Have you worked with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)? Describe something you built or integrated, even a small project.
Tell me your hands-on experience setting up tools and systems for a team. What's the trickiest IT problem you've solved?
A teammate says "this manual task eats 2 hours a day." How would you figure out whether and how to automate it?
