Platform Explainer Video Designer

We are looking for a -2D motion graphics designer- to produce premium, product-accurate explainer videos for the GMI platform - starting with our LP Bonds explainer (\~2:40 runtime), a partner-facing B2B sales asset used on ---------- and in BD calls. This is clean, premium, modern DeFi motion design - think Stripe or Linear product videos. -Strictly no stock footage, stock images, or generic crypto visuals- (no moon rockets, laser eyes, ---------- coins, token explosions). All visuals must be built from real brand assets and real product screen recordings we provide.

-Requirements-
- Proven 2D motion graphics experience in After Effects, Premiere, or Figma (please include portfolio or examples - 2D only, no 3D/live-action work needed).
- Ability to work from a locked script and structured production brief exactly as written, without altering wording, product claims, or financial/yield language without written approval.
- Ability to design around real provided assets only - brand kit, chain/partner logos, and real screen recordings of the actual product (bond minting flow, stats dashboard, Bond NFT marketplace, launchpad UI) - never stock substitutes or invented UI/data.
- Comfort following a staged approval workflow: style frames ? storyboard ? animatic ? rough cut ? final cut, without skipping ahead to full animation before sign-off.
- Understanding of safe-zone design for mobile, caption placement (.srt for web, burned-in for social cutdowns), and multi-format export (16:9 primary, 1:1 and 9:16 cutdowns).
- Attention to compliance-sensitive wording on screen (e.g., "APR" not "APY," never "compounding" or "real yield," no guaranteed-profit or guaranteed-price-appreciation implications).
- Commercial licensing awareness for any music, SFX, icons, or fonts used (no unlicensed assets).

-Terms of Employment-
1. Your pay will start at $10/hour and will be project-based
50% of it will be in ETH - which you can sell anytime
50% of it will be in GMI (vested for 18 months)
2. Deliverables are milestone-based per the approval workflow (style frames, storyboard, animatic, rough cut, final cut), with multiple rounds of revisions on storyboard/style frames.
