Our company, BCWI, has been established since 2018. Our major brand is Greenfilm (
Hours: 2-3 hours per day (approx. 10-15 hours per week). Flexible working hours, but must be available to respond to urgent customer messages/calls during US business hours.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Occasional phone call support, reply to customer service
- E-commerce Platform Management: Upload content, update bullet points, and edit images/listings on Shopify, Amazon, and Walmart
- Inventory & Logistics: Arrange Amazon FBA inventory shipment plans twice a week, double-check readiness, and sync inventory quantities online (including QuickBooks).
- Reporting: Review and collect customer feedback/reviews weekly and report to the owner.
- General Admin: Data entry, price adjusting, window pattern checks, and researching information when required...etc.
Requirements
- Must have proven experience of at least 2 years using the Amazon Seller Central platform.
- Must have experience using the Shopify backend (product listing, basic order fulfillment).
- Proficient in Google Docs, Google Sheets, and basic image resizing/editing.
- Self-thinking, logical, and strong problem-solving skills (you know how to search Google for tutorials when stuck).
- Detail-oriented when organizing data
- Must have a backup internet connection and power supply (essential for handling customer service).
