We’re looking for someone to join our marketing agency
**Position: Operations / Finance & Admin Coordinator**
Marketing agency **
Responsibilities:
* supporting invoicing, payments, and collections,
* handling payroll, contractor payments, and basic financial processes,
* working with payment processing tools and accounting tools,
* preparing simple financial reports: P&L, cash flow, profit calculations,
* supporting tax compliance, contracts, legal templates, and enforcement of payment terms,
* managing documents, tool access, and permissions,
* HR admin: contracts, onboarding, and offboarding,
* supporting internal scheduling and task coordination.
Requirements:
* strong English skills,
* experience with payment processing tools and accounting tools,
* strong Google Sheets skills,
* excellent communication and high availability,
* task ownership, responsibility, and attention to detail,
* independent thinking, initiative, and creative problem-solving.
Work setup:
* fully remote work,
* unlimited vacation, as long as responsibilities are properly covered and key topics stay on track.
