Our agency is a fast-growing influencer marketing agency working with some of the UK's biggest sports and entertainment creators. We manage brand partnerships, campaigns and commercial opportunities for creators across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and other digital platforms.
We're looking for a highly organised Operations Coordinator to become the founder's right hand and help keep the business running smoothly as we continue to grow.
The Role
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll work directly with the founder and be responsible for keeping projects organised, ensuring campaigns stay on track and helping improve the efficiency of the business.
The ideal person is proactive, organised and enjoys solving problems before they become problems.
Responsibilities;
Manage campaign trackers and project management systems.
Follow up with creators, brands and partners regarding deliverables and approvals.
Coordinate campaign timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
Organise contracts and campaign documentation.
Prepare invoices and assist with payment tracking.
Manage the founder's inbox and calendar.
Schedule meetings and maintain organised records.
Conduct online research when required.
Create and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Identify ways to automate and improve internal processes.
Support the business with general operational and administrative tasks.
Requirements;
Excellent written and spoken English.
Exceptional organisational skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Highly reliable and proactive.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail).
Experience with project management tools such as
Comfortable learning new software quickly.
Previous experience supporting founders, agencies or marketing businesses is highly desirable.
Bonus Skills
Knowledge of YouTube, Instagram, TikTok or creator partnerships.
Experience with CRM systems.
Basic spreadsheet and reporting skills.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT.
