Beacon Wealth Advisory Corp. (BWAC) is a financial services firm based in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Driven by its mission to “help Filipinos gain clarity, confidence, and peace through responsible financial stewardship—one individual, one family at a time,” BWAC delivers Personalized Financial Guidance to mid-career Filipino professionals who feel financially scattered and lack coordinated execution, helping them gain peace and confidence that their finances are working together toward the life they want.

We’re looking for a tea ---------- mber who can fulfill the role of Operations Coordinator (OpCo).

The OpCo’s mission is to own the operational execution of the Beacon client journey so clients move smoothly through onboarding and implementation while financial planners focus on delivering thoughtful advice and deepening client relationships.

The following are the role’s key responsibilities:

I. Client Onboarding & Account Setup

Support a smooth and professional onboarding experience by:

Preparing engagement documents and coordinating their completion.
Assisting clients with account setup and administrative requirements.
Setting up and maintaining client workspaces and records.

II. Financial Planning & Service Delivery Support

Support the delivery of personalized financial guidance by:

Preparing client files, reports, and meeting materials.
Coordinating client information, follow-ups, and service requests.
Scheduling meetings and managing client communications.
Maintaining accurate client records and workflow pipelines.

III. Administrative Support

Provide administrative support that enables efficient execution by leadership by:

Coordinating operational tasks and special projects.
Supporting internal team workflows and day-to-day administration.
Performing other administrative duties as assigned.

The OpCo position is full-time and primarily work-from-home. The OpCo will need to be available on Mondays to Fridays, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, to respond to Planner and client requests, but will have time flexibility for task completion as long as they deliver their duties faithfully and fulfill their responsibilities excellently.

The OpCo will also need to attend our Quarterly Strategic Review meeting at our Ortigas office once a quarter, so it's preferred that they be based in Metro Manila or nearby provinces.

Humble and open to constructive correction; capable of growing with feedback.
Demonstrates persistence by going the extra mile to accomplish tasks, all while maintaining sensitivity and respect for others.
Excellent attention to detail, particularly in editing, fact-checking, and identifying and rectifying errors or inconsistencies.
Proactive and resourceful; responds and adapts quickly to changes and challenges.
Confident in communicating with individuals who are older and more advanced in their careers.
Comfortable with elaborate scheduling using Google Calendar.
