Key Responsibilities:
-Communicate with interns (US college students) to ensure their clients’ orders and timelines are on track.
-Create and manage product links using Shopify.
-Accurately manage and update all order details from start to finish.
-Track order timelines and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
-Pull and record order quantities for the team.
-Help delegate art team requests needed by interns for their orders.
-Track and report on the status of intern orders.
-Establish and oversee control processes for denying or redirecting orders that are not possible to fulfill.
-Collaborate with tea
-Prepare reports and maintain internal documentation on orders.
-Identify opportunities to streamline order and project management processes.
Key Requirements:
-Strong organizational and time-management skills.
-Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
-Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal).
-Ability to work independently and follow instructions precisely.
-Previous experience in order tracking, data management, or administrative roles is preferred.
-Familiarity with spreadsheets and basic project management tools.
Skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
-Basic knowledge of order processing systems.
-Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
-Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn.
-Understanding of the custom apparel industry or background in fashion is a strong plus.
-Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is preferred.
