Log tech usage (Tech A, Tech B)
Track driver pickups & drop-offs
File and follow up on carrier claims (UPS, etc.)
Coordinate between:
Techs
Driver
Shops / clients
Maintain WhatsApp operational clarity (no chaos)
Update weekly dashboard (1 page)
Flag issues early (shortages, delays, overuse)
Weekly Responsibilities
Prepare weekly shipment summary
Reconcile inventory vs invoices
Confirm next week’s expected demand
Highlight bottlenecks or overload points
Ensure client's weekly target (ex: $5,000) is on track
Skills Required
Strong English (written)
Organized, detail-oriented
Comfortable with WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and Excel
Experience with logistics, inventory, or ops (preferred)
Proactive communicator (not passive)
