Hey there!
I'm looking for TWO HIGHLY TEACHABLE (Willing to Learn) mid-level DevOps Engineers with excellent written English to help manage and scale the infrastructure behind our web applications, data pipelines, and automation, including Kubernetes, Python services, and n8n.
Two fixed part-time shifts, one morning and one evening. It can grow into a full-time role where you'll handle more significant clients if you prove to be a great fit.

ABOUT YOU:

KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
Real production debugging, meaning you have diagnosed and fixed things that were broken in live systems using logs, traces, and configuration checks, not only local development issues
Proficient in Linux Bash commands
Kubernetes, diagnosing pod failures, deployments, services, storage issues, configuration problems, and scheduling constraints
Docker, building and troubleshooting container images, tags, runtime configuration, and application startup failures
Python application support, ideally FastAPI or a similar API framework
Infrastructure as Code, creating, reviewing, and updating infrastructure and deployment configurations
Database troubleshooting, migrations, schema-related failures, and application-to-database connectivity issues
n8n, building, maintaining, and troubleshooting workflows and integrations
GoHighLevel APIs, OAuth credentials, marketplace applications, and integration troubleshooting is a strong plus
Comfortable with Codex, Claude Code, or similar AI-assisted tools, while independently reviewing, validating, and correcting what they produce
Familiarity with Ubuntu, ProxMox, and Git-based deployment workflows
