Odoo Developer (Recruitment App + Website Customization)

Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Odoo Developer to customize our Recruitment module and Job Post pages on the company website. The goal is to improve candidate experience, streamline internal workflows, and align visuals with our branding.

Responsibilities:
- Customize the Odoo Recruitment app (fields, stages, workflows, applicant forms).
- Modify the Odoo Website job post page layout, styling, and content display.
- Integrate job post data seamlessly between the Website and Recruitment modules.
- Configure email templates, website buttons, and applicant acknowledgment flow.
- Ensure compatibility with Odoo Online (Enterprise, v17–v18).
-Document the changes clearly for future maintenance.

Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Odoo Website and Recruitment modules.
- Proficiency in Python, XML, QWeb, and Odoo Studio.
- Experience customizing Odoo Online (not self-hosted) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with clear documentation habits.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Work Setup:
- Remote, flexible hours.
