We are looking for a skilled No-Code Developer who specializes in the Glide platform to help build, refine, and maintain our custom interactive workbook and personal growth application.

If you are an expert at structuring Glide databases, optimizing relations/lookups, and creating seamless user interfaces, we want to build a long-term relationship with you.

Key Responsibilities:
- App Development: Build, configure, and refine app features within the Glide platform based on detailed wireframes and functional workbooks.

- Collaboration: Partner with our project team and general VA to implement continuous updates and prepare the application for user rollouts.

Who You Are (Required Skills & Traits):
- Proven Glide Experience: You have built and deployed functional apps using Glide (Glide Pages / Glide Apps). You must be able to share links or portfolios of working Glide apps you have built.
- Database Proficiency: Strong understanding of relational databases, Excel/Google Sheets formulas, and structuring data cleanly.
- Problem Solver: You can look at user requirements and translate them into efficient Glide logic.
- Long-Term Mindset: We are looking for a developer who wants to stay with us for months and years to continuously maintain and update the application as our user base grows.
