n8n Automation & AI Workflow Specialist

About the Role
We’re looking for a highly skilled Automation & AI Workflow Specialist experienced in building advanced systems using n8n and other automation tools.
You’ll architect, build, and maintain intelligent workflows that connect multiple platforms — including CRMs, databases, APIs, and AI tools — to streamline business operations, enhance data flow, and improve user experience.
This is a long-term technical role for someone who loves systems thinking, problem-solving, and leveraging automation + AI to create scalable digital ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities
Automation Architecture (n8n)
Design, build, and maintain complex workflows using n8n
Connect multiple platforms through API integrations and webhooks
Create error-handling logic and ensure system reliability
Automate repetitive tasks (data syncs, CRM updates, lead processing, reporting, etc.)
AI Workflow Design
Integrate OpenAI, Hume AI, Voiceflow, Pinecone, and other AI services into automation flows
Develop AI agents, assistants, and conversational workflows
Use AI APIs for summarization, text generation, and sentiment analysis
Build feedback and training loops for continuous AI improvement
Platform Integrations
Connect and automate tools such as GoHighLevel, Airtable, Supabase, Notion, Zoom, Slack, and Google Workspace
Work with Webhook triggers, API keys, and OAuth2 authentication
Optimize workflows for speed, scalability, and minimal API usage
Data Management
Ensure proper data mapping, formatting, and error handling
Manage JSON payloads, filters, and conditional logic
Create automated reports and dashboards based on system activity
Testing, Documentation & Maintenance
Test workflows to ensure reliability and performance
Document automation systems and create clear SOPs
Troubleshoot and fix automation bugs or integration issues

Qualifications
3–5 years of professional experience in automation or backend integration
Proven hands-on experience with n8n (self-hosted or cloud)
Deep understanding of APIs, JSON, webhooks, and data flow logic
Experience with AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hume AI, etc.)
Proficient in workflow optimization and error handling
Familiar with automation tools like ---------- , Zapier, or Integromat
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
Experience in Notion

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required)
Familiarity with Supabase, Airtable, Pinecone, or Firebase
Experience building AI chatbots using Voiceflow or similar platforms
Basic scripting or coding (JavaScript, Python) for custom functions
Experience integrating with GoHighLevel, CRM, or marketing systems
Understanding of data privacy, rate limits, and API management
