n8n / AI Voice Automation Engineer

We’re a managed voice-AI service for salons and clinics in Ireland and the UK. We build and run automated phone and DM agents for our clients, and we’re growing fast. We need an engineer to own the technical build and keep every client’s system running flawlessly so the founders can focus on growth.

What you’ll do:
• Build and configure automation workflows in n8n (self-hosted)
• Set up and tune voice agents in ElevenLabs
• Work with Supabase (Postgres) — queries, data, integrations
• Integrate with third-party salon booking systems via APIs
• Take a newly signed client from contract to live agent, following our runbook
• Handle client change requests and edits quickly
• Monitor all live systems daily and flag issues before clients notice

You must have:
• Proven hands-on n8n experience (you’ll be asked to show real workflows you’ve built)
• Comfort with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON
• Working knowledge of SQL / Supabase or Postgres
• Strong written English and clear communication
• Reliability and ownership — we need to trust that things are running without checking

Bonus: experience with ElevenLabs or other voice AI, and any salon/booking software.
