Mortgage Processor

Collect required documents from borrowers and follow up on outstanding items needed to complete each file.
Upload and organize documents within the lender's mortgage processing portal.
Coordinate each loan file from start to finish, tracking progress and next steps through to closing.
Communicate with borrowers, and other parties involved in the loan process as needed, primarily in writing/through the portal rather than by phone.
Maintain accurate, well-organized records for each file, with high attention to detail given the compliance-sensitive nature of mortgage documentation.
Flag missing items, delays, or issues proactively to keep files moving toward closing on schedule.
Follow established mortgage processing procedures and timelines consistently across all files.
