About the Company
We help small US businesses stop overpaying on credit card processing. We review their merchant statements, find hidden fees, and then negotiate with their processor to get those charges removed. Our clients pay nothing upfront, we only earn when they save.
The Role
You’ll contact credit card processors on behalf of our clients to negotiate lower fees and remove unnecessary charges. You’ll have clear direction on what to target and the authority to act. This is a phone based role with no cold calling and no client contact.
What You’ll Do
• Call US-based credit card processors to negotiate fee reductions and removals
• Be politely persistent with retention departments and supervisors
• Secure written confirmation of all changes
• Log outcomes clearly
Requirements
• Phone-based negotiation, customer retention, or disputes experience
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Reliable internet, quiet workspace, own computer and headset
• Available to work US business hours (overnight PHT)
Compensation
• $5/hour base + 5% of total savings negotiated
• Base paid weekly
