About Us
We review credit card processing statements for small US businesses, identify hidden fees, and negotiate with processors to get those charges removed. Our clients pay nothing upfront, we only earn when they save.

The Role
Analyst and negotiator. You receive processing statements, identify every fee, calculate savings, call processors to negotiate corrections, and prepare the final savings report. No client contact, you work internally with the team. Part time to being with, increasing to full time.

What You'll Do
• Analyze merchant processing statements to identify fees and overcharges
• Calculate projected savings using provided worksheets
• Contact processors to negotiate fee reductions or removals
• Document outcomes and prepare client-ready savings reports

Requirements
• Experience in financial analysis, bookkeeping, auditing, or a similar detail-oriented role
• Comfortable making professional phone calls to US companies and negotiating calmly
• Strong spreadsheet skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and own computer
• Bookkeeping or accounting experience is a plus

Compensation
• $6.00/hour
• Part time initially, with opportunity to grow as client base expands
• Paid monthly
