Marketing Programs Coordinator

Remote (Philippines) | Full-Time | $6.00 USD/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM PST

About Twin Oaks Real Estate
Twin Oaks Real Estate is one of the fastest-growing independent brokerages in Northern California, supporting more than 230 real estate agents. Our Marketing Department creates the tools, systems, and resources that help our agents grow their businesses.

We're looking for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about helping others succeed. This is not a traditional marketing assistant role. You'll own several of our marketing programs, improve internal systems, support our agents, and help ensure our marketing resources are easy to access, well-organized, and actively used.

Every day is different, and we're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and taking ownership.

What You'll Do

Beehiiv Email Marketing

Own our Beehiiv email marketing platform
Build, schedule, and send newsletters
Create and improve email automations
Manage subscriber lists and audience segments
Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements

Marketing Programs

Manage and promote Twin Oaks marketing programs and resources
Increase awareness and adoption of available marketing tools
Help agents understand and utilize the services available to them
Recommend improvements to existing marketing programs

Design Studio (Maxa) Management

Own our Design Studio template library
Keep templates organized, current, and easy to find
Add new templates and retire outdated materials
Ensure links and resources remain accurate
Continuously improve the quality of our marketing library

Marketing Resource Management

Organize and maintain the Marketing Department's Google Drive
Create a clean, consistent folder structure that's easy to navigate
Keep marketing resources organized and up to date
Create documentation and improve department organization

Agent Marketing Support

Meet with agents over Zoom to introduce available marketing resources
Help agents understand how Twin Oaks marketing programs work
Recommend templates, tools, and resources based on their goals
Serve as the first point of contact for general marketing questions
Coordinate with the Marketing Team on more advanced design requests

Reporting & Analytics

Create reports and visually appealing charts using Google Sheets
Track marketing metrics and campaign performance
Build dashboards and graphs for leadership
Help identify opportunities for improvement through data

General Marketing Support

Assist with marketing campaigns and special projects
Help improve department workflows and processes
Collaborate with the Marketing, Operations, and Sales teams
Continuously look for ways to improve efficiency and organization

What We're Looking For

Has a positive, professional, and service-oriented attitude

Preferred Experience

Beehiiv or other email marketing platforms
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
Google Sheets reporting, charts, and dashboards
Canva
Marketing coordination or project management
Customer service or client-facing communication
Real estate experience is a plus but not required
