Trox Tech is a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) serving businesses throughout North and South Carolina. We specialize in Managed IT Services, Microsoft 365, Cybersecurity, Structured Cabling, Enterprise Wi-Fi, Security Cameras, Access Control, and Network Infrastructure.

We are looking for an experienced IT professional who enjoys solving problems, learning new technology, and providing exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do

Provide remote and onsite technical support for business clients.

Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, macOS, networking, printers, VPNs, and business applications.

Configure and manage Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, SharePoint, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Windows Servers.

Install and configure firewalls, switches, wireless access points, workstations, servers, NAS devices, and network equipment.

Document work performed, communicate professionally with clients, and work closely with the rest of our engineering team.

Experience We're Looking For

• 3+ years of IT experience

• MSP experience preferred

• Microsoft 365 Administration

• Windows Server

• Active Directory

• Networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs)

• Firewall experience

• Strong troubleshooting skills

• Excellent communication

• Professional attitude
