JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment processes and help drive company growth. This is a great fit for an experienced recruiter who performs well in a fast-paced, startup setting. You will bring leadership, strong interviewing ability, and openness to new technology like AI to sharpen our hiring strategy. Solid communication and account management skills are key, as you will work directly with clients to meet their hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment for multiple roles across departments, including high-volume hiring
- Build and run sourcing strategies to attract top talent using AI tools and modern platforms
- Run structured interviews and assessments covering qualifications, cultural fit, and skills
- Partner with department heads to define hiring needs, job descriptions, and candidate profiles
- Serve as account manager, keeping clear communication with clients and meeting their expectations
- Keep hiring processes efficient and on schedule in a high-volume environment
- Maintain strong candidate relationships and a positive recruitment experience
- Review recruitment data to improve process, candidate quality, and efficiency
- Stay current on recruitment trends and AI tools, refining processes over time
- Guide and mentor junior recruiters to support team growth
- Attend frequent internal and external meetings with clients and candidates

Mandatory Skills:
- Strong grasp of the full recruitment lifecycle
- Recent remote work experience (not only during COVID)
- Proven leadership and mentorship in a team setting
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment ability
- Experience with AI-powered recruitment tools
- Excellent communication and client-facing account management experience
- Highly organized, able to handle multiple roles at once
- Strong problem-solving and results-focused decision making
- A true people person who enjoys frequent interaction
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Preferred Skills:
- Background in a recruitment company or VA agency
- Experience hiring virtual assistants or remote workers
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Upwork, and online job boards
- Experience in a high-growth startup
