My Australian businesses have been operating for about 20 years, and I'm looking for someone to join the team for lead generation, marketing and general PA work.


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Core skills (required)

- Clear, confident written and spoken English
- Google Workspace — Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Drive, Calendar
- Data entry with strong attention to detail
- Online research — suppliers, competitors, fact-finding
- lead generation

Desirable skills (not required)

- Social media scheduling and posting
- AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for drafting and research
- Basic graphic design (Canva or similar)
- real estate admin work

- WordPress (browser-based access)
- WhatsApp for communication and calls

EQUIPMENT REQUIRED

- Good PC — please specify model, RAM, and HDD/SSD space
- Fast and stable internet — screenshot from speedtest.net required
- Webcam with working video and audio
- Google account
- WhatsApp installed
