Sure Home Buyers helps homeowners across Southwest Missouri sell their property quickly and without the hassle of a traditional listing. Behind every deal is one thing: a real conversation with a homeowner who needed a solution. You are the person who starts those conversations and keeps them going.

This is the cornerstone seat in our business. You generate the leads, build the relationships, nurture the maybes, and hand truly motivated sellers to our acquisitions team ready to talk. When you do this well, the whole business moves.

The people we help are usually in a tough spot. Facing foreclosure. Holding a property they never wanted or inherited. Tangled in a complex title problem they don't know how to solve. They don't need a sales pitch — they need a way out. Our job is to listen first, build a creative solution that actually fits their situation, and hand them back something they've been missing: peace of mind.

That shapes who we hire. We serve, we don't pressure. The right person for this seat genuinely cares about the person on the other end of the line — and then knows how to move the conversation forward. Hold both, and you'll fit right in. And because we're early, you're getting in on the ground floor of something we're building to last.

What you'll own

Reach out — warm and cold. Spend the majority of your day on the phone and texting. Cold outreach to fresh lists, warm follow-up with people who've already raised a hand, and fast response to inbound leads.
Follow the script, read the room. We give you proven scripts for each lead type. You'll know them cold and still sound like a human, not a robot.
Set the appointments. Your number-one outcome: book qualified appointments for our acquisitions team — multiple per week from genuinely motivated sellers.
Run a clean CRM. Pull and load lead lists, log every touch, take detailed notes, update statuses, and keep our pipeline organized and current. No lead falls through the cracks on your watch.
Enrich the data. Dig in and fill out every lead record — phone numbers, owner details, property info — so we know as much as possible about every person before we call.
Nurture the funnel. Stay on top of follow-up so warm leads don't go cold and every motivated seller keeps moving toward a conversation with acquisitions.
What a good week looks like

You've worked your lists hard, had real conversations with dozens of homeowners, your CRM is spotless, and you've set several solid appointments with sellers who actually want to talk. Acquisitions opens their calendar and the next steps are obvious. You go into the weekend knowing exactly what you produced — and so do we.

Who you are

You love talking to people. This is non-negotiable. The phone energizes you; it doesn't drain you.
You're relentlessly organized. Notes, follow-ups, and CRM hygiene are second nature.
You're goal-oriented. You like a target and you like hitting it. You measure your day in conversations and appointments.
You're coachable and self-directed. You'll follow our scripts and systems, and you'll run your day without someone standing over you.
Bonus, not required: experience in real estate, sales, appointment setting, telemarketing, customer service, or any phone-heavy role.
Compensation

This is a performance-based 1099 contract built to reward activity and results:

Paid per qualified contact you make
Paid per appointment you set
Bonus on every deal that closes — uncapped
The harder and smarter you work the phone, the more you earn. If you're driven and consistent, this rewards you for it.

The details

Schedule: Part-time, flexible hours within standard calling windows
Classification: 1099 independent contractor
Location: Fully remote. We're prioritizing candidates local to Southwest Missouri, but strong candidates anywhere will be considered.
The work: Phone and text the majority of the time. You'll need a reliable computer, a quiet space, and solid internet.
