Kajabi Website & Course Builder (Contract/Freelance)
Overview
I'm launching a suite of AI-for-Excel courses (Claude, Copilot, and ChatGPT-focused) and need an experienced Kajabi specialist to build out the technical infrastructure on the platform. I will provide all copy, branding direction, and content — I need someone who can execute the build inside Kajabi quickly and cleanly.
What You'll Be Doing

Build out landing/sales pages in Kajabi using my provided copy, branding, and layout direction
Set up course products inside Kajabi (modules, lessons, video embeds, downloadable resources/workbooks, drip schedules if needed)
Build and configure the checkout/cart flow, including order forms, upsells/bumps, and payment processing setup
Set up pricing tiers, coupons, and any bundle offers
Configure email automations/sequences tied to purchases, opt-ins, and course progress (or integrate with my existing ESP if applicable)
Set up any necessary integrations (e.g., Zapier, tracking pixels, analytics)
Ensure mobile responsiveness and test full user flow (opt-in ? checkout ? course access) before launch
Troubleshoot any Kajabi platform issues or bugs during build

Requirements

Proven experience building full course funnels specifically inside Kajabi (please share examples/portfolio)
Strong understanding of Kajabi's page builder, pipelines, offers, and product setup
Experience setting up checkout flows, payment gateways, and coupon/offer logic in Kajabi
Comfortable working from provided copy and design references — this is an execution role, not a copywriting role
Attention to detail and ability to QA your own work (broken links, checkout errors, mobile display issues)
Good communication and realistic timeline estimates

Nice to Have

Experience with online course/info-product launches
Basic email automation/sequence setup experience
Familiarity with integrating Kajabi with tools like Zapier, ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign, etc.
