JOB OVERVIEW

US-based company hiring directly — no agency.

About the Role:
This is not a corporate job with a training manual and a manager looking over your shoulder. This is a real startup role at the Tunabear Ideas Lab — our internal incubator where we experiment with AI, build product concepts, and move fast.

You'll work directly with the founder on everything from researching AI-powered product ideas to creating 3D models and prototypes. You'll wear many hats — one day you're researching a market, the next you're modeling a part in SolidWorks, the next you're talking to a supplier. If you need hand-holding and structure, this isn't for you. If you're self-starting and want to learn by doing, you'll grow faster here than anywhere else.

What You'll Do:
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) to research and generate product concepts
- Create and modify 3D models in SolidWorks or similar CAD software
- Evaluate product ideas for feasibility, cost, and market fit
- Source suppliers, research materials, and understand manufacturing
- Support the full pipeline — from napkin sketch to prototype to production
- Whatever else needs to get done — that's the startup part

What We're Looking For:
- Required: Self-starter who figures things out without being told how. Excellent English. Smart, curious, organized.
- Strongly preferred: SolidWorks experience (or Fusion 360, Blender, or other 3D modeling)
- Nice to have: Interest in AI tools, 3D printing, product design, or e-commerce
- The right person: Wants real responsibility, not a comfortable seat. Wants to learn how products are actually built and sold. Wants a career, not just a paycheck.

What You Get:
- PHP 25,000–40,000/month to start (based on skills and location)
- Direct mentorship from the founder
- Real product development experience — AI tools, 3D modeling, supply chain, go-to-market
- Work from home, flexible hours
- Clear growth path with increased responsibility and international travel as you develop
- A small team where your work actually matters

To Apply:
Don't send a formal resume. Send a short email telling me about yourself — who you are, where you're from in the Philippines, what you want out of life, and why this caught your attention. If you have SolidWorks or 3D work, include a sample or link.
