This Isn't a Job. It's a Lifestyle.
You know who you are.
You're the person who stays up until 3am building something nobody asked you to build - just because you wanted to see if it would work. You've got 14 browser tabs open right now, half of them are AI tools you're testing. You saw Claude Code drop a new feature yesterday and you already tried it. You read Hacker News, you follow AI
You're not looking for a 9-to-5 where someone hands you a ticket and you close it. You want to be in the trenches with someone who moves as fast as you do - building landing pages, spinning up websites, ripping competitor funnels and making them better, wiring up tracking, deploying to production, fixing things that break at midnight because you WANT to, not because someone told you to.
We're a digital marketing company that builds fast and ships daily. We use AI coding tools - Claude Code, Codex, Cursor - as our primary workflow. We build things in hours that used to take weeks. And we need a junior tech who can keep up.
## What You'll Actually Do
- Build and deploy landing pages from scratch or by ripping and rebuilding existing ones - FULLY WORKING means Google Ads tracking,
- Implement ad tracking:
- Optimize page speed (Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse scores matter here)
- Build and customize Shopify stores
- Handle system admin - DNS, SSL, hosting, Cloudflare, cPanel, Linux servers
- Integrate APIs, webhooks, tracking pixels, conversion APIs
- Build full websites and web tools
- QA your own work before anyone sees it - you catch the bugs, not us
- Live in the CLI/terminal - Git, deployment, server management
- Use AI coding tools as your daily driver - not as a novelty
## Who You Are
- A tech nerd. Computers aren't your job, they're your life. You code as a hobby. You build side projects for fun.
- An AI wizard who's already deep in the game - Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Windsurf, whatever dropped last week. You keep up because you can't help it.
- A problem solver. When something breaks, you don't panic and you don't ask "what do I do?" - you dig in and figure it out.
- Fast. Not sloppy-fast, but "I understand the tools well enough to move at speed without cutting corners" fast.
- Self-directed. You get a brief, you ship the result. You don't need someone standing over your shoulder.
- Young, hungry, and ready to grind. We work hard and we expect you to match that energy.
## You Must Have
- Real, daily experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Windsurf, or similar) - this is non-negotiable
- Solid HTML, CSS, JavaScript fundamentals - you understand what AI generates and can debug it when it's wrong
- Experience building and deploying landing pages or websites
- Knowledge of ad tracking
- CLI/terminal comfort - you live in the command line
- Problem-solving ability - you don't wait to be told every step
- Professional English communication
## Bonus Points
- Shopify development (Liquid, theme customization)
- Cloudflare Pages/Workers
- Server-side tracking (CAPI, sGTM)
- WordPress/PHP
- Python or Node.js
- Page speed optimization expertise
- Tracking platforms (ClickFlare, Voluum)
- You follow AI news daily and can tell us what's new THIS WEEK
## The Deal
$500/mo to start. We're not going to pretend - this is entry-level pay for an entry-level position. But here's what we WILL do: if you're a superstar - if you ship fast, solve problems, and prove you're the real deal - your pay grows. Fast. We don't keep good people at starter pay. We reward results, not resumes.
You'll work directly with the owner. No middle management, no bureaucracy. Async communication (chat/messages), not pointless meetings. You'll learn more here in 3 months than most people learn in a year because you'll be building real things that make real money, not doing tutorials.
If this sounds like work to you, this isn't your role. If this sounds like Tuesday, apply now.
## Application Questions
Answer ALL of these. Real answers, not AI-generated fluff. If you use AI to write your application for an AI coding role, we'll know - and that tells us you don't understand the difference between using AI as a tool and letting AI replace you.
1. What AI coding tools do you use? Describe your actual workflow - how do you go from a task to a shipped result using AI?
2. Share a link to something you built using AI coding tools (landing page, website, Shopify store, app, tool - anything). What was it, and how long did it take?
3. If I said "rip this lander and make it work" - walk me through exactly what you'd do, step by step. Include tracking, page speed, and QA.
4. What's your experience with ad tracking?
5. Tell me about a technical problem you solved on your own. What broke, what did you try, how did you fix it?
6. What CLI/terminal tools do you use? Do you use Git? How do you deploy?
7. Rate yourself 1-10 on each (be honest - I'll check): HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Shopify, Linux/server admin, page speed optimization, API integrations.
8. What's the coolest AI tool or feature you discovered in the last 30 days? What did you do with it?
9. How do you QA your own work before handing it off? Walk me through your process.
10. When can you start? Are you available full-time?
