We own and operate Instagram theme pages with over 2 million followers across niches like business, AI, tech, health, and more, ---------- ---------- @wealthiestcorner, and others. We grow and manage Instagram pages for clients. We're a tight-knit team that values loyalty. Our first VA Shalom has been with us for over 8 months and we plan to work together for years. We're looking for the same kind of long-term relationship with you.

Position Overview:

Your job is to post content across multiple Instagram accounts at specific scheduled times throughout the day. The content and calendar are provided by our content team. Your role is to execute on time, review the content for quality, and communicate with the team if anything needs to be fixed. You start with 2-5 accounts and can grow up to 10 over time.

Important, Read This:

The actual work is around 2-4 hours per day, but spread across a 14-hour window (8 AM to 10 PM EST). You need to be available and ready to post at specific times throughout the entire day, not batch everything and disappear. We're paying for your availability and reliability, not just the tasks. If you're looking to work a few hours and take on other jobs, this is not for you.

Responsibilities:

Post 3-8 times per day per account, including feed posts and stories.
Follow the content calendar and hit every scheduled time slot, no exceptions.
Review all content before posting. Check for flaws, errors, or anything that doesn't look right.
Adjust captions when needed and understand what you're posting.
Communicate with the content team via Telegram if content is missing, late, or not up to standard.
Send a daily report covering what was posted, what went wrong, and if more content is needed.
Respond to messages quickly. We move fast and expect you to keep up.

Qualifications:

Familiar with Instagram. You know how posting, stories, and the platform works.
Exceptional time management. You post on time, every time.
Strong communication skills. You flag problems before they become bigger problems.
Able to handle multiple accounts without making mistakes.
Reliable and consistent, 365 days a year.
Attention to detail. You catch what others miss.

Preferred Candidate:

This is a full-time, long-term role.
Preferably hiring a woman.
Available 8 AM to 10 PM EST, every single day including weekends and holidays.
This role has no days off. The accounts need to be managed 365 days a year.
