About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and highly organized Virtual Assistant who enjoys variety.
This isn't a role where you'll be doing the exact same task every day. One day you may be building a landing page, the next scheduling social media content, helping configure CRM automations, updating websites, assisting with webinars, organizing projects, or supporting one of our real estate clients.
You'll work directly with our internal team while also supporting different client projects as our business continues to grow.
If you enjoy learning, adapting, and finding better ways to get things done, you'll fit right in.
Responsibilities may include:
- GoHighLevel CRM management
- Building and updating landing pages, websites, and funnels
- Configuring workflows and automations in GoHighLevel
- CRM organization and contact management
- Social media management and content scheduling
- Creating graphics using Canva
- Basic short-form video editing using CapCut
- Assisting with webinars and online events

- Research and administrative support
- Project management and task coordination
- Documentation and SOP creation
- Supporting real estate entrepreneurs with day-to-day operational tasks
- Other administrative and marketing tasks as needed
We're looking for someone who is:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- A strong communicator in written English
- Resourceful and proactive
- Comfortable working independently
- Not afraid of change or learning new systems
- Adaptable and able to work across different types of projects
- Willing to continuously learn and grow
- Able to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
- Professional, dependable, and accountable
- Experience in real estate is a plus—but having the right attitude and willingness to learn is even more important.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Required
- Basic experience using GoHighLevel (GHL)
- CRM management
- Canva
- ChatGPT or other AI productivity tools
- Strong internet research skills
- Excellent written English
- Basic administrative experience
Preferred (Stand Out Candidates)
- Building websites, funnels, or landing pages using drag-and-drop builders (GoHighLevel, WordPress, etc.)
- Configuring workflows and automations inside GoHighLevel
- Social media management
- Basic graphic design
- Basic video editing using CapCut
