HRIS Functional Implementation Analyst
We are seeking a hands-on HRIS Functional Implementation Analyst to support product enablement and implementation activities. This is a full-time role for someone who enjoys learning new HR technology, working directly within HRIS platforms, and documenting functional processes.
Responsibilities
* Complete product training, certifications, quizzes, and learning assignments.
* Apply newly learned concepts by configuring and validating functionality within the HRIS platform.
* Create clear process documentation, including screenshots and step-by-step guides.
* Perform functional testing and validate system behavior.
* Document findings, issues, and recommended solutions.
* Support implementation, configuration, and customer enablement activities.
* Collaborate with internal teams to improve documentation and implementation quality.
* Continuously learn new product features and best practices.
Qualifications
* 2–5+ years of HRIS, HCM, or HR technology implementation experience.
* Experience with one or more HR platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, ADP, BambooHR, Darwinbox, Dayforce, or similar.
* Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
* Comfortable learning new software independently.
* Experience creating user guides, screenshots, or training documentation.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
* HRIS implementation or functional consulting experience.
* Experience supporting software implementations or customer onboarding.
* Experience with UAT, configuration validation, or business process testing
