Inbound Customer Support & HELOC Processing Specialist – Full-Time Remote (Philippines Only)
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Inbound Customer Support & HELOC Processing Specialist to support a growing U.S.-based Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) lending company.
This role is ideal for someone with exceptional English communication skills who can confidently handle inbound customer calls, guide borrowers through the online application process, provide basic technical support, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Answer high-volume inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding HELOC products and the application process
- Guide customers through the online HELOC application from start to finish
- Assist borrowers with account setup and platform navigation
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues during the application process
- Support customers with third-party integrations such as Plaid
- Explain the online closing process clearly and professionally
- Enter and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM
- Track application progress and update customer records
- Schedule follow-up appointments and coordinate with internal teams
- Escalate urgent customer concerns when necessary
- Follow established workflows, SOPs, and documentation standards
- Identify recurring customer issues and recommend process improvements
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (Non-Negotiable)
- Neutral or professional accent with exceptional phone etiquette
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service or call center experience
- Strong active listening and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable learning new software and technology platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated home office

Highly Preferred:
- Experience in mortgage, lending, banking, or financial services
- Previous loan processing or mortgage operations experience
- CRM experience
- Technical support experience
- Experience supporting U.S.-based customers
- Familiarity with electronic document signing platforms
Work Setup:
- Full-Time Remote
- 40 hours per week
