Growth Engineer (SEO)

As our Growth Specialist, you will support technical SEO, content production, and PPC performance, helping scale our growth plans to deliver leads, revenue, and retention for internal and client brands.

Location: Remote (Philippines-based). Strong preference for candidates with experience in or awareness of Australian and New Zealand (ANZ) digital culture and customer expectations.

As our Growth Specialist, you will execute the infrastructure that powers our Growth Plans (SEO, Reviews, and Google Ads). You will work closely under our Growth Manager to help scale our growth engine from ~15 to 50+ customers.

???? What You'll Do as a Growth Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
???? Content Creation: Take full ownership of drafting and creating high-quality "Meeting of Minds" (MoG) pillar articles.
????SEO Implementation: Execute routine on-page and technical SEO tasks, conduct deep-dive audits, and build competitor backlink lists using enterprise tools.
????Google Ads Management: Handle the hands-on-keyboard execution of weekly Google Ads account reviews and optimizations based on strategic direction.
????Client Reporting Support: Assist the team by pulling data and assembling monthly SEO and PPC performance reports (using Swydo) to ensure they are complete before the 5th of each month.
?????Visual Content Support: Assist in creating high-quality visual assets using Canva to support SEO articles, PPC campaigns, and social proof initiatives.
?????????Automation & Documentation: Identify levers to reduce manual, repetitive work and contribute documented workflows to the Wolf IQ growth playbook.
?????Technical Optimisation: Conduct deep-dive audits and keyword research using SEMrush.
????Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with Sales, Marketing, Ops, and Support to ensure growth strategies crush company goals.

???? Who You Are
2+ years of experience in technical SEO, PPC (Google Ads), or a growth marketing role.
Expert user of SEMrush (or similar enterprise-grade SEO tools).
Comfortable blending creative strategy with rigorous analytical execution and statistical thinking.
A track record of identifying ways to automate workflows and reduce manual tasks.
Knowledge of the Australian and New Zealand (ANZ) digital landscape and how local people search online is an advantage.
Proactive, responsive, and collaborative in a remote-first, async-oriented team.

???? Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using ClickUp (or similar project management tools) to stay organized and deliver tasks transparently.
Deep foundational SEO knowledge, including technical audits, schema markup, and keyword research tools (like Ahrefs or SEMrush).
Familiarity with Google Ads management and dashboard tracking tools like Swydo.
Experience with Canva for creating professional digital assets.
Proficiency in using AI tools (Gemini, Manus, Lovable, or similar) to streamline repetitive administrative tasks and enhance output quality.
