Tarett is a high-performance suspension component company dedicated exclusively to the Porsche community. We design and manufacture premium suspension products for enthusiasts and racers who expect exceptional quality and precision.

We're looking for a detail-oriented Google Sheets specialist to help migrate our inventory database into a new inventory management system.

This is a short-term project with the opportunity for ongoing maintenance work if it's a great fit.

What You'll Do
- Clean and reorganize a large Google Sheets spreadsheet
- Reformat inventory data into an import-ready format
- Use formulas to automate repetitive tasks whenever possible
- Perform accurate manual data entry
- Verify data accuracy before import
- Communicate progress and ask questions when needed
- Help identify better or faster ways to organize the data

Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using Google Sheets formulas
- Strong at problem solving and critical thinking
- Very fluent in written and spoken English
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work independently while communicating proactively
- Available for a consistent 2–3 hour overlap between 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time (Monday–Friday)

Project Details
Duration: Approximately 2 weeks
Project expected to conclude at the end of July with ongoing

Hours
Week 1: Approximately 5–6 hours/day
Week 2: Approximately 1–2 hours/day
There is potential for ongoing maintenance work after the initial project if we enjoy working together.
