Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale Google Ads campaigns for our online gaming and sports betting platform. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in Google Ads campaign management, budget optimization, conversion tracking, and performance analysis, with a strong understanding of customer acquisition strategies in highly competitive industries.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and App campaigns.
Develop effective bidding strategies to maximize ROI, conversions, and customer acquisition.
Manage daily, weekly, and monthly advertising budgets while ensuring efficient spend allocation.
Monitor campaign performance and implement continuous optimizations to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and market research.
Configure and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads Conversion Tracking, and event tracking.
Create A/B tests for ad copies, landing pages, audience segments, and bidding strategies.
Collaborate with the Creative, Marketing, and Web Development teams to improve campaign performance and landing page conversions.
Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations based on campaign data.
Stay updated with Google's latest advertising policies, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Ensure compliance with Google Ads policies and internal marketing standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Information Technology, or any related field.
At least 3–5 years of proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
Strong expertise in Google Ads Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and App Campaigns.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Ads Conversion Tracking.
Strong understanding of bidding strategies, budget management, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
Experience in conversion tracking, event tracking, and performance measurement.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Experience in the online gaming, sportsbook, casino, iGaming, or PIGO industry is highly preferred.
Google Ads Certification is an advantage.
