In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, implementation, optimisation, and reporting of Google Ads campaigns across various channels.
We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns to drive results and optimise return on ad spend (ROAS). You’ll work across platforms like Google Ads and Meta, playing a key role in ensuring our campaigns deliver strong results and align with our marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
Google Ads
- Set up, monitor, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, and Shopping) campaigns to achieve strong performance.
- Manage product feeds in Google Merchant Centre to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Implement best-practice strategies to improve campaign results.
- Manage multiple brands and tailor ad strategies for different industries and different European Languages (English, Dutch, French, German)
Meta Advertising - BONUS
- Create, manage, and optimise advertising campaigns across Meta platforms.
- Adjust campaigns to target specific audiences and achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and refine campaigns to maximise their effectiveness.
- One of our biggest focuses is re-targeting.
General Responsibilities
- Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights to the Website Manager.
- Help manage advertising budgets to achieve the best possible ROI.
- Analyse campaign data to identify areas for improvement and suggest strategies.
- Stay updated on trends in digital advertising and share insights with the team.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns, ideally across Google Ads and Meta (minimum of 3 years)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable recommendations.
- Basic knowledge of Google Merchant Centre and shopping feed optimisation.
- A proactive mindset with great communication skills.
- Ability to work independently (you will manage Google Ads on your own) and as part of a team.
Desirable (but not essential)
- Certifications in Google Ads or Meta advertising.
- Experience with additional digital advertising platforms or analytics tools.

What You’ll Do:
- Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Create compelling ad copy and help colleagues with the optimization of landing pages for maximum conversion.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyse campaign data, generate insightful reports, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Google Ads features, trends, and best practices.
- Analyze campaign data, run A/B tests, and continuously improve ad performance.
Required:
3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping).
Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
Strong communication skills as you will collaborate effectively with an internal team
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
