GoHighLevel Virtual Assistant

We partner with medical practices and doctors to build dominant digital presences through strategic content and paid advertising. We capture high-quality video content in quarterly shoots and transform that raw footage into organic posts and high-converting video ads that position our clients as the leading authorities in their medical markets. We’re now expanding our team to meet growing demand. I’m looking for Long Term GoHighLevel Virtual Assistant.


Requirements:
* Proven, hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (portfolio or examples required)
* Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM best practices
* Ability to work full-time during EST business hours
* Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive communicator
* Experience with Zapier, webhooks, or third-party integrations is a plus
* Experience working in a social media or content agency is a significant plus
* Fluent in English with strong grammar
* Consistency and reliability (very important)


Role & Responsibilities:

* Comfortable communicating and collaborating through Asana and Slack
* Attention to detail (e.g., include your zodiac sign in the subject line!)
* Set up and optimize CRM pipelines and automations
* Create and manage email and SMS campaigns
* Configure workflows, triggers, and integrations (Zapier, webhooks, etc.)
* Ability to follow structure and improve existing SOP
* Onboard and support clients within GHL
* Troubleshoot and maintain existing GHL setups
* Ability to work with multiple fast-growing brands
* Responsive and communicative on Slack during working hours

Rate and Work Schedule:

* $6-$8/hr depending on experience
* 2 hours per day preferably starts at 9 AM EST
* Please note that hours may increase over time as the role expands and responsibilities grow
