Full-Time Email Marketer (Mailchimp)

Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (your local time)
Hours: 30 hours/week
Type: Full-time, long-term (not contract or project-based)
Pay: $3/hour to start

We’re looking for a full-time Email Marketer to join our team and grow our email list and campaigns long term. This is not freelance—you’ll work closely with us and own email marketing end to end.

Responsibilities

Grow and manage email lists (ethical & compliant methods)

Plan and send campaigns, flows, and newsletters in Mailchimp

Improve open rates, clicks, and deliverability

Segment audiences and optimize performance

Requirements

Proven email marketing experience

Strong Mailchimp experience (must-have)

Solid understanding of deliverability & email best practices

Consistent, long-term mindset
