Founding Full Stack Web Developer (UI/UX Focus) – Long-Term Opportunity

We're looking for our first long-term developer to help build the digital foundation of a premium corporate (Eid) gifting brand in the Netherlands. You'll start by building and improving our website and later help develop internal tools, customer portals, CRM functionality and other digital products as the company grows. This is not a one-time freelance project. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with the company. We are in the building phase and just started, so salary grows as company grows.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a premium, responsive website
- Develop clean, scalable and reusable code
- Improve UI/UX and website performance
- Implement CMS and forms
- Integrate APIs and databases where needed
- Suggest improvements and think proactively
- Work closely with the founder using AI tools like Claude

Preferred Skills
- React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Node.js, Git/GitHub, Responsive web development, Strong UI/UX sense, English communication. Experience with Supabase, PostgreSQL, Vercel or Framer is a plus but not required.
