Boss Commercial Flooring is a growing commercial flooring contractor based in Illinois, USA. We specialize in commercial flooring projects including carpet tile, luxury vinyl tile, sheet vinyl, rubber flooring, and other commercial floor coverings.

We are a family-owned company with a long-term mindset. We are looking for a reliable remote tea ---------- mber, not a short-term freelancer. This position will begin part-time and may grow into a full-time role as our commercial flooring division continues to expand.

This is a fully remote position for candidates located in the Philippines.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Flooring Estimator with direct MeasureSquare experience. The right candidate must be able to review U.S. construction drawings, complete accurate flooring takeoffs, and communicate clearly with our U.S.-based team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare accurate flooring quantity takeoffs using MeasureSquare
• Review architectural drawings, finish plans, and project specifications
• Estimate commercial flooring projects for U.S. contractors
• Identify flooring materials, transitions, trims, accessories, and installation requirements
• Work with carpet tile, LVT, sheet vinyl, rubber flooring, and other commercial flooring products
• Organize project files and estimating documents
• Ask clear questions when plans or specifications are unclear
• Meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy
• Communicate professionally in written English

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous commercial flooring estimating experience is required
• Previous MeasureSquare experience is required
• Experience reading U.S. construction drawings is strongly preferred
• Strong written English communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Reliable internet connection
• Ability to work independently in a remote position
• Ability to meet deadlines consistently

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with QFloors software
• Experience estimating for U.S. flooring contractors
• Experience with carpet tile, LVT, sheet vinyl, rubber flooring, ceramic tile, and floor preparation
• Experience with commercial construction plans and specifications
• Ability to overlap several hours with U.S. Central Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT

• Remote position
• Part-time to start, approximately 20–25 hours per week

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT

Applicants must have previous commercial flooring estimating experience using MeasureSquare software.

Applicants without MeasureSquare experience will not be considered.
