Financial Operations Manager (Virtual)
Employment Type: Part-Time (with potential to grow into Full-Time)
I’m looking for a highly organized, proactive Financial Operations Manager to help oversee both my business and personal financial organization. This is more than a bookkeeping role—I’m looking for someone who can help me build strong financial systems, keep me accountable, present clear financial insights, and help me make informed financial decisions as my business grows.
My businesses include a luxury salon and spa, content creation, music, and e-commerce. I need someone who enjoys working with numbers, creating systems, and keeping finances organized.
Responsibilities
? Manage monthly and annual budgets
? Monitor cash flow and provide regular financial updates
? Organize and manage business and personal bills
? Ensure bills are scheduled and paid on time (with my approval where required)
? Build and maintain financial dashboards
? Track income, expenses, profit, and savings goals
? Create weekly and monthly financial reports
? Track debt balances, payment schedules, and payoff progress
? Monitor subscriptions and recurring expenses
? Categorize expenses and reconcile financial records
? Organize receipts and financial documents
? Assist with forecasting and budgeting for future projects
? Track investment accounts, contributions, and portfolio performance, and prepare reports (no investment advice unless appropriately licensed)
? Coordinate with my CPA or tax professional by preparing organized financial records
? Identify opportunities to reduce unnecessary expenses and improve financial efficiency
? Maintain complete confidentiality with all financial information
