Remote – Philippines | Part-Time | Flexible Hours
I run multiple businesses and projects and am looking for a reliable, numbers-driven person to help manage my bookkeeping and financial administration.
The role will begin with a larger catch-up project to organise and bring everything up to date. After that, it will likely require around 1–2 hours per week, with the opportunity to take on more work if you are proactive, capable and helpful across other areas.
Responsibilities
Reconcile transactions in Xero
Match receipts to bank transactions
Organise travel expenses and reimbursement reports
Maintain accurate financial records
Prepare clear reports and summaries
Identify missing information or discrepancies
Help improve and document the process so it is simple and transferable
Requirements
Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
Strong experience using Xero
Good understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
Excellent attention to detail
Able to work independently and communicate clearly
Comfortable preparing reports quickly and accurately
Experience with Australian businesses is highly regarded.
Hours and Rate
This is a remote, part-time role based in the Philippines.
