Experienced static ads maker

We're a fast-growing DTC wellness brand running high-volume ads on Meta. We're looking for a designer who turns our briefings into winning static image ads.
What you'll do:

Get a clear briefing from us (angle, hook, copy, visual direction)
Create static ads using AI tools (Midjourney, Flux, Nano Banana, etc.)
Polish and finalize in Canva, Photoshop, or Figma
Make quick variations of winning ads for testing
Deliver fast — 24–48 hour turnaround

What we need:

Experience making static ads for paid social (e-com / DTC)
Skilled with AI image tools + Canva/Adobe
You understand what makes an ad convert, not just what looks pretty
Work independently from a briefing — no hand-holding needed
