Operations Manager/Executive Assistant/Customer Service - (Full Time, Remote)
About the Role
I'm looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Executive Assistant (this is not an entry-level administrative role) to become a dedicated tea
This position goes beyond basic administrative tasks; it requires someone with proven experience as an Operations Manager, specifically with a track record of leading a team. We are looking for an individual who brings true leadership to the table, someone who can step up, guide projects, and confidently keep the ship moving forward. Because you will also be handling client interactions, excellent customer service and high-level communication skills are essential.
This is a full-time remote position (40 hours per week, Monday–Friday) with significant room for growth.
Compensation
40 hours per week
$8 USD per hour
Performance reviews with opportunities for raises and increased responsibility
What You'll Do
Operations, Management & Customer Service
Client Relations: Handle customer inquiries with high-quality, professional, and empathetic verbal and written communication.
Workflow Coordination: Manage daily task lists, keep projects moving forward, and meet deadlines.
SOPs: Create, improve, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Executive Support: Calendar management,
AI & Quality Control
Use and review AI work (ChatGPT, Gemini, NotebookLM, HeyGen, etc.).
Catch errors, inconsistencies, or missing information in PDFs and reports before they go to clients or employees.
CRM Management (GoHighLevel) - Manage and update CRM records (proficiency in GoHighLevel is required).
Track follow-up tasks and monitor workflow completion.
Ideal Candidate
You are someone who:
Is not entry-level: You have solid, provable experience in an EA, operations, or management role.
Is highly tech-savvy: You adopt new software quickly and use AI tools daily.
Has exceptional communication skills: You write and speak English with nuance and professional polish.
Takes proactive ownership without needing constant supervision.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience: Proven experience in an Executive Assistant, Operations, or Management role.
English: Exceptional written and verbal English (comparable to a native speaker).
Tech Stack: Highly comfortable with Google Workspace, GHL (or similar CRMs), and AI tools (ChatGPT/Gemini).
Reliable and Fast Internet Connection as well as quiet workspace
High level of personal accountability and strong problem-solving skills.
